EURODUR® 1800

Hardness of up to 57 HRC+/-2

EURODUR® 1800 is a coated composite material which is characterised

by high shares of carbon, chromium and vanadium. High elasticity and

strength are achieved by the use of other alloyed elements, making

EURODUR® 1800 resistant against shock- and pressure-induced wear.

At normal temperature (20°C) EURODUR® 1800 reaches a hardness

of up to 57 HRC +/- 2. Operating temperature up to 430°C. Hardness

measurement with test piece DIN 32525-4.

Application

Used where high shock- and pressure-induced wear resistance is required,

particularly in applications with significant impact and abrasion loads.

Stone industry, hard-rock processing, shredder plants, spiral conveyors, etc.
